PWG297602-1 - Modernize West Loading Dock (Consulting Services)

The consultant’s scope of work includes overhead doors, concrete, ramps, dock levelers, lighting, health and safety infrastructure and HVAC modernization. It is known that some elements critical to the operation of the space are nearing the end of their life cycle and maintenance is required more often to keep them running. The consultant to conduct a study on the West loading dock to determine the current condition of all elements critical to the operation of the space. The study will generate a recommendation for the direction forward regarding repairs, replacement, upgrades and modifications to the loading dock.
The final goal is to modernize the loading to industry standards.
