PWG787716 & 787717 & 787718 & PWG416186 - SDS - Energy and Water Meter Installation (Consulting Services)

Consultant services will include for onsite reviews to confirm conditions and involve the interpretation and implementation of a building’s Measurement & Verification plan for the purposes of facilitating the installation of end use metering devices with connection to Energy Management System (EMS). Services will include the full development of metering design/specifications, implementation oversight and commissioning as part of the scope as it applies to mechanical components. Consultant to follow the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol (IPMVP) 2001: Concepts and Options for Determining Energy and Water Savings as well as the latest version of ASHRAE 14.

Work is within Ellis Don controlled buildings thus completion of the Ellis Don H&S Orientation, site access requirements and personal protective equipment required at all times. See Ellis Don Site Specific requirements documents attached.
Security requirements for site access apply - minimum PSPC "Reliabilty" clearance.
