Description

Project intent is for the consultant of record to complete a Statement of Work for ACM abatement for the following projects. The consultant will be responsible to review project scopes of work and applicable building documents including, but not limited to, existing designated substances and hazardous materials surveys, asbestos-containing material (ACM) inventories and reassessments, and/or project specific bulk sampling reports as a preliminary indication of potential designated substances and hazardous materials within the project areas.

Consultant should include complete (3) PCM air sampling based on their SOW for EACH project.
Consultant should include complete PLM sampling and report outlining findings and recommendations as part of PWG1562125.
