This project involves the fit up of approximately 160 plus m2 of office, training room and associated base building upgrades. As more fully outlined in the drawings and specifications provided this will include demolition in some areas, and reinstatement on all. The project work will be completed on multiple floors within the John Cabot Building. Refer to the drawings and specifications for complete details.

Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within the Section 2.5.15. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the John Cabot Building -Security Desk - 10 Barter’s Hill, St. John’s, Newfoundland.

Confirmation of intent to attend mandatory site visit must be sent by emailing a list of attendees to kirsty.slauenwhite@bgis.com no later than 10:00 a.m. July 17th, 2018.
