GOC374463-CS - Refresh Washrooms

Renovate washroom on the 4th , 3rd and basement levels. Remove all components and replace with components of similar or higher quality. This is to include all floor and wall tile, repainting of all walls and ceilings, replacement of all partitions, counters and garbage receptacles. Perform regular maintenance to the washroom components on an annual basis to ensure they last their expected service life. The washroom renovation should be completed in a manner as to reduce tenant discomfort and to maintain open washroom facilities within the building. Work which is to produce excessive disruption such as noise, dust and fumes should be done outside of office hours
