GOC990402-CS - Main Door Replacement

Replacement of 3 manual revolving doors two of which are located on Spark’s Street and one from the St. Andrew’s Courtyard. There are also 4  side doors in total; Spark’s Street has 2 (one door is barrier free and the other door includes after-hour swipe card access hardware); Courtyard has 2 doors attached to the revolving doors one of which is a barrier free door, but has no swipe card access hardware. All new doors to be replaced complete with frames and hardware and new foot grills. New doors and hardware shall be designed in accordance with Accessibility section of the latest National Building Code and all applicable provincial and territorial amendments, must meet CAN/CSA B651-18 or NBC 2015. The barrier free doors on the path of travel to include door swing guards as prescribed by code.
