GOC372744-CS-1 - Washroom Refurbishment

Consultant to perform a full survey of all washrooms and investigate all of the deficiencies listed below.
Washroom refurbishment to allow restoration/upgrades of washroom finishes and fixtures. A few wall tiles are cracked and need to be replaced according to the Heritage standard. Replace defective door locks on the toilet stalls, repair any partitions that have issues, replace all sink fixtures (faucets and all the plumbing systems under sinks). Some of the P-traps and parts of the drain pipe under the sinks are rusted out, as well as, the hot and cold water shut off valves are also not operating properly. Along with the sinks and faucets, the consultant shall replace these components as well.
