Perform a complete assessment of the exterior building cladding in order to restore the wood siding, which includes replacing damaged and bulged wood shingles and perform general painting of the exterior wood cladding for both the Coach and Willson Houses. As a "Classified" federal heritage building, all maintenance and repair projects must be submitted to the FHBRO for review prior to undertaking the work with adequate time for required adjustments prior to tendering.
