GOC821511-CS - Basement Wall Restoration

This project includes foundation, concrete floor and plaster ceiling. Restore the basement walls, close all opening in walls and connection with the slab-on-grade to maintain the integrity of the house. Remove interior paint finishes from interior masonry foundation walls and repair deteriorated mortar joints, and deteriorated masonry, as required. Repair and repaint all concrete floor finishes and plaster ceiling. As a "Classified" federal heritage building, all maintenance and repair projects must be submitted to the FHBRO for review prior to undertaking the work with adequate time for required adjustments prior to tendering.
