Description

The intent of this project is to procure a specialized consultant who will provide a comprehensive review of the Parking Lot Splines (walkways) located at 60 Moodie Drive specific to Building #5. As a result of extensive construction activities occurring, as well as general life cycle use, the pedestrian pathway pavers and entrances are in need of corrective repair and update. The existing hardscape pathway splines leading to the east and west building #5 entrances at Carling Campus will be used by hundreds of public servants on a daily basis. The consultant of record will be required to review the current site conditions and make any necessary recommendations to update and revitalize the existing conditions. The review will also identify any areas that require immediate corrective action with respect to all applicable codes and health & safety concerns.

All Respondents interested in attending this optional job showing must register in advance by returning the ELLIS DON - Pre-Registration Form by 28 June, 2018 before 4:00 pm. Email a completed version of the form to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com.
Each firm will be limited to a maximum of two (2) attendees for this showing. This job showing is recommended however not mandatory.

For firms wishing to attend, failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may result in not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing.

Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.

Respondents who have pre-registered are encouraged to attend an optional site meeting. Respondents are requested to meet Dave Sprung (613-862-8287) at Phase #2 Ellis Don Security Trailer located at 60 Moodie Drive in parking lot “S”. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance Sheet. Proper PPE must be worn.

5. Long pants and sleeved shirt no dresses/shorts
