DescriptionA - Previous Addendum

BGIS is soliciting proposals to provide Janitorial services at Alberta Infrastructure, BC Hydro and EPCOR that will provide greater efficiency and minimize risk resulting in enhanced value to our clients. The intended Term of the Agreement is 3 years plus 2 one-year or 1 two-year extension options (3+2 years).

A maximum of three representatives of each Proponent, or its authorized representatives, are permitted to attend each site meeting. A Proponent is required to provide the names of the representatives who will attend no later than June 27, 2018. No electronic recording devices of any kind are permitted during the site visit. All site meetings attendees must carry Government Issued ID when attending site meetings. Proponents will submit Section A: Intent to submit proposal via email to Mirza.Ahmad@bgis.com & cc Harin.Palla@bgis.com to confirm attendance for the stated site
meetings. Proponent assumes the liability of lack of understanding due to failure to attend site meeting(s).
