Description

Objective of this project is to refit various areas of the building into specific rooms to meeting RCMP
needs following the RCMP Property Management Manual. Scope of Work attached as appendix 1 in the requirements document.
Consultant to provide an IAR to identify all RCMP requested items as well as options for mechanical
upgrades. Consultant to complete a HVAC SOP, update Single Line Drawings and the Evaculation Plan. Phase out of HCFCs shall be included in the consutlant's design as well as included in the HVAC SOP.
