GOC375356-CT - Landscaping Redesign

Statement of Work/Overview:

1. Remove existing irrigation system including sprinkler heads, piping, solonoid valve box, controls, backflow preventer, irrigation water meter, and accessories.
2. Cap existing DCW pipe serving irrigation system.
3. Remove four sections of grass and excavate grass areas to allow for concrete surface installation. Protect existing cleanouts and services. Dispose of existing soil as clean fill.
4. Remove one section of concrete sidewalk and excavate to allow for concrete surface installation. protect existing cleanouts and services. Dispose of removed concrete and fill.
5. Provide new textured concrete surfaces.
6. Protect public during construction with construction barriers.
7. Prune two trees to 5.2m above road surface and away from building. Fertilize trees.
8. Provide camera drain investigation and provide report on condition of existing storm drain lines.
