Description

BGIS is seeking a firm to provide the 3rd Party Testing & Inspection (T&I) services including but not limited to concrete, interior masonry, structural steel along with associated assemblies, fire proofing, landscaping & civil. Please note that the T&I of the building envelope (façade & roof) system has been procured under a separate RFP and are not included in this solicitation. The objective of the 3rd Party T&I is to ensure the RFP identified materials of construction are as specified and that the construction fulfills the functional and performance requirements of the design parameters.
