Statement of Work/Overview:
GOC376928: Two air handlers serve Victory Building, AHU-1 is located on the second floor, and AHU-2 is located in the penthouse mechanical room. AHU-1 under a previous project had the heating and cooling coils replaced, but isolation valves were left unchanged during the project. The scope of work for AHU-2 is more extensive, in addition to valve replacement both the heating and cooling coils and drip pan require replacement. The work for AHU-2 is divided up into two separate sections, heating season and cooling season, as repairs and replacement should occur in the appropriate seasons to ensure no supplemental heating or cooling is required.
GOC376930: Currently the upper floors of Victory Building are served by a booster pump system that is mounted on a concrete pad in the basement of the building. The booster pump, controls, and associated piping within the mechanical room are to be replaced. The new booster pump, controls, and associated piping should be installed in parallel to the old system. Once all systems are installed on site, the domestic water supply will be transitioned to the new system. After the new system is operational and commissioned the old system will be removed from site.
