Description

Correct the identified deficiencies in architectural precast concrete panels (APCPs) used as exterior cladding
Clean stains in the APCPs
Repair spall on cast‐in‐place concrete wall at the loading dock (north elevation).
Clean the exterior side of the curtain wall system (CWS) at the base of RHC tower, at all elevations
Clean corrosion and paint frame of exterior metal doors.
Clean stainning at the soffit of the main tower.
