Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

Supply and install protective guarding (wire guard) to existing lighting fixtures in all service areas with exposed light bulbs at the Government of Canada building located at 33 Court St., Thunder Bay, ON.
A brief description of scope of work is as follows:

Confirmation of the exact dimensions and construction of the existing lighting fixtures
Cleaning and refurbishment of the existing lighting fixture as required
Provision of new protective wireguard on the existing lighting fixtures c/w all necessary accessories.

Refer to consultant generated plans and specifications for further detailed scope of work.

Site visit is OPTIONAL and it is the bidder’s responsibility to be familiar with each assigned facility and their existing site condition prior to bidding. A building tech for the facility will be available for the site visit.
