Event Note

Proponents are advised that there will be a mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.5 of the RFP. Attendees will meet the BGIS Senior Project Manager (Michel Gagnon) at Place du Portage Phase IV (140 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, Quebec), inside the building in front of Tim Horton’s restaurant at the time mentioned in item 1.5 above.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
