Description

The primary driver of this project is the significant deterioration of the exterior hard surfaces, and the related Health & Safety concerns, of:

  1. parking lot C,
  2. parking lot D,
  3. the main entrance steps,
  4. the PSPC-owned sidewalks leading up to the building, and
  5. the side entrance steps.
The need to rehabilitate these exterior hard surfaces presented an opportunity to reconstruct the aging underground infrastructure, including both the PSPC-owned storm sewers and the electrical vehicle charging stations, as well as to remove any contaminated soils identified during construction.
