Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 1.4 above. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager at the lobby of the Main Building located at 150 Tunney’s Pasture Driveway.

Failure of a Bidder to attend a mandatory Site Visit, sign the BGIS Site Visit Sign-In Sheet and remain present for the duration of the Site Visit will entitle BGIS in its sole discretion to reject such Bidder’s Bid.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.
