  Each firm will be limited to a maximum allocation of two attendees for this showing. Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.
  
  Respondents who have pre-registered must attend a mandatory site meeting. Respondents are requested to meet Dave Sprung (613-862-8287) at the Ellis Don Phase #2 Security Entrance located at 60 Moodie Drive in parking lot "S".  Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in with security and to sign the mandatory on site Visit Attendance Sheet. Proper PPE must be worn.  No electronic devices are permitted.

  2. Safety glasses
  3. Steal toe boots (Green triangle tag)
  4. High visibility safety vest
  5. Long pants and sleeved shirt no dresses/shorts
  6. No cut off shirts
