Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
Install new wall mounted VFD’s for the four heating and cooling flow pumps 302A, 302B, 305A and 305B. The existing wall mounted pump controller will be removed and new VFDs will be installed in their place. Existing power wiring can be used to serve new VFD controllers. There is adequate space on the wall for the VFD for installation. Existing control wiring can be extended to connect the VFDs. The existing heating and chiller pumps are compatible with new VFDs.

Install four instantaneous hot water heaters in place of the tank type heater and storage tank.

Refer to Attachment 7 for Plans and Specifications.
