Statement of Work/Overview:
Consulting Services for:
Increase Work Stations on FVNSTO Fifth Floor – Audit Division Phase 2 and 3:

• Increase Work Stations from existing Fifty Three (53) to Eighty Five (85) in Phase 2
• Increase Work Stations from existing Twenty Six (26) to Thirty Six (36) in Phase 3 

• Electrical Reconfiguration
  • Phase 2
    • Disconnect Fifteen (15) Electrical Whips (WS 5-003 to 5-021; 5-050 to 5-057; 5-079)
    • Re-terminate Electrical Whips to new panel-fed Work Stations
    • Terminate Eleven (11) loose Whips to new panel-fed Work Stations (WS 5-058 to 5-078)
    • Install Sixteen (16) new Electrical Whips and terminate at Thirty Two (32) new Work Stations
  • Phase 3
    • Disconnect Seventeen (17) Electrical Whips (WS 5-010, 5-018, 5-022, 5-025 to 5-038; 5-040 to 5-046)
    • Re-terminate Electrical Whips to new panel-fed Work Stations
    • Install Five (5) new Electrical Whips and terminate at Ten (10) new Work Stations.
  • Phase 2 and 3
    • Drill new flooring openings to accommodate location of new electrical
    • Move floor vents as needed to accommodate new floor plan
• Carpet
  •  Phase 2 and 3
    • Replace carpet tiles as necessary to cover any holes and openings from floor layout reconfiguration.
• Energy System
  • Phase 2 and 3
    • Verify building electrical (BM) circuits will not be over-loaded by additional Pac Poles and office computers.
    • Verify building HVAC (BM) system has sufficient capacity for supplying Fresh Air (air changes), heating, and cooling for the increased occupant’s terminal capacity for additional work stations and personnel.
