  All Respondents interested in participating in the job showing are to register in advance by returning the document Ellis Don Site Access Pre-Registration  Form by November 23, 2017 before 2:00 pm. Email a completed version of the form to procurement.carlingtunneys@bgis.com.
  
  Each firm will be limited to a maximum allocation of two attendees for this showing. Minimum Reliability is required to access the construction site. Escorting of un-cleared personnel is NOT permitted.
  
  Firms failing to pre-register within the stipulated time frame may not be granted access to the site on the date of the job showing.

  Note d’événement

  Respondents who have pre-registered may attend a recommended site meeting. Respondents are to meet Miguel Valiquette from BGIS at the Phase 2 (Ellis Don) Security trailer (At Parking Lot S)  60 Moodie Drive, Ottawa Ontario.  Paid parking is available in Parking Lot R or J. Bidders will require government issued photo ID to sign in. Only pre-registered personnel will be granted access.
  The following PPE must be worn to attend the job showing:
  1. Hard hat
  2. Safety glasses
  3. 6 inch high steal toe boots (Green triangle tag)
  4. High visibility safety vest
  5. Long pants and sleeved shirt no dresses/shorts
  6. No cut off shirts
