Description

Statement of Work/Overview:
The Canadian Grain Commission Cold Room Renovation project at 303 Main Street, Winnipeg Manitoba, consists of a 19.21 m² (207 ft²) interior renovation of an existing cold storage room. Scope of work includes:

Selective demolition, new construction, new fixture installations and new finishes to the existing cold room storage. This will include the removal of 2 counters with sinks and faucets and replacement of existing shelving units with new high density mobile storage system. Relocate existing line serving the refrigeration unit to allow head space for the new shelving and refinish existing flooring and eliminate possible trip hazards. Demolition does not occur until the end of February 2018. Winning contractor will purchase the shelving units and have all pre-construction work complete prior to the arrival of the units in order to keep on schedule.
