Description

Statement of Work/Overview:

The intent of the project is to provide seismic upgrade on the existing building equipment. The scope of work requires the installation of seismic restraints to the selected mechanical, electrical, architectural, piping and conduit as outlined in the ATTACHMENT 7 Specifications and Drawings.

The Contractor shall provide all required material and labour for the seismic restraint installation and upgrade indicated in Specifications and Drawings. Afterhours work, where required (including, but not limited to, high level noise and interruptive work), must be included in the bid.
