Description

Scope of Work:

BUILDING ENVELOPE REPAIRS

Repoint and re-tuck brick and stone masonry mortar joints.
Repair and/or damaged brick and stone components. Stone anchors should be cleaned of corrosion and coated prior to repairing the stone.
Remove and replace sealant materials at unsealed junctions between dissimilar materials.
Repair deteriorated concrete, debonded concrete patches and parging at the accessibility ramp. Supply and install a UV-rated elastomeric wear course on the top surface of the concrete ramp.
Repair concrete at window sills.
Remove and replace metal guard at rear window well.

Utilize special removal and disposal requirements (i.e. enclosures, PPE, etc.), as required. Refer to the attached Hazardous Building Materials Assessment report in appendix
