Description

Extensive investigation of all expansion joints and infill panels throughout the building including all stairwells and the mechanical penthouse. This will involve localized removal of terra cotta and/or firespray from all joint connections, and exploratory openings into the terra cotta infill panels to confirm existing construction. Remedial work will be performed as required including re‐instatement of fire proofing by means of firespray to all exposed steel connections.
