Description

Work of this Contract comprises of work required to complete roof repairs for four (4) roof sections, as identified on the Contract Drawings, at the CBSA Border Crossing Complex located at 790 Principale Street, Clair, New Brunswick; and further identified as The Site. More specifically, the work will involve the removal of the existing roof system (2-ply modified bitumen membrane) on Roof Section ‘D’ down to the existing wooden roof deck and installing a new, cold applied, modified bitumen roof system as specified (including new metal flashings) and restoring the existing roof system (2-ply modified bitumen membrane) for roof sections ‘A’, ‘B’ and ‘C’ with a urethane liquid applied membrane system.
