Description

Work of this Contract comprises of work required to complete roof repairs for two (2) roof sections, as identified on the Contract Drawings, at the Canada Post & Service Canada property located at 22 Emmerson Street, Edmundston, New Brunswick; and further identified as The Site. More specifically, the work will involve the removal of the existing roof system (2-ply modified bitumen membrane, 2 layers of 12.5 mm fibreboard, 2 layers of 50 mm polyisocyanurate insulation and 2-ply paper felt vapor barrier) down to the existing concrete roof deck and installing a new, cold applied, modified bitumen roof system as specified (including new metal flashings).
