Work of this Contract includes the removal and replacement of a concrete accessibility ramp located at 120 Wellington St, Chatham, Ontario. In general, the removals and construction work shall include the following: Removal or the existing concrete ramp including asphalt and underlying granular directly adjacent to ramp; Construction of new concrete ramp including new guardrail; Reinstatement of asphalt adjacent to ramp.

1. All Proponents MUST arrive on time and MUST stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit. Any Proponent that arrives late or does not stay for the entire Mandatory Site Visit Will be considered noncompliant.
2.In the event that less than three Proponents attend the site tour, Brookfield may cancel the solicitation or schedule an alternative site tour.
