Statement of Work/Overview:
Replace all existing CFL (23-26 watt) 347 volt pot lights with direct replacement LED fixtures.  There are approximately 160 CFL pot lights throughout the building, including hallways, lobby areas and some in tenant occupied areas. Ensure that the current light levels are maintained with the replacement fixtures.
