GOC325682-LI - RFQ - Consultant (Repost) - Consultant Services - Front Desk Replacement

Replace the front desk / commissionaires station in the lobby; this includes removing upper counter sections, installation of treated glass screens above desk levels, providing barrier free access for guards and for visitors, additional storage and adequate number and locations for electrical outlets. Input from and concurrence by the tenant's security team (who controls commissionaires/security at the facility) is a must throughout all phases of the project.  The I&R option 3 indicated on the requirement document is unavailable, consultant will require to conduct a new Investment and Analysis Report (IAR) to explore different options and recommendations for the replacement of the front desk.
Ceiling and Lighting replacement will not be part of the project.
No mechanical scope of work.
No Security Consultant required.
