“A full six year electrical maintenance and arc flash coordination study was completed in FY 2015-2016. However, towards the end of this project in February 2016; there wasn’t the time or funding to complete these repairs. A partial power shut-down is also needed in order to replace an electrical panel; and to re- route a ground neutral bar. This project is to: A. Replace HVAC panel 05-210-92 in the Second Floor Boiler Room, to meet a 20KA fault current requirement; and B. Disconnect the neutral bar of Panel DP-1 ground and re-route to a new neutral location.”
