Description

To replace the front desk / commissionaires station in the lobby per Option 3 in the I&R completed in Dec 2013; this includes removing upper counter sections, installation of treated glass screens above desk levels, providing barrier free access for guards and for visitors, additional storage and adequate number and locations for electrical outlets. Input from and concurrence by the tenant's security team (who controls commissionaires/security at the facility) is a must throughout all phases of the project.
