The project will entail upgrades to the facility exterior to meet required standards. The current design is considering upgrade, replacement and/or addition of the following items:
1. Replacement of the existing cladding, windows (quantity 9) and doors (quantity 3).
2. Temporary removal and reinstallation of heat pump units and refrigeration piping as required for siding installation, as well as replacement of wall hydrants, hoods, and louvres.
3. Replacement of exterior light fixtures. Decommissioning and removal of existing radio cabling, antenna and tower at the rear of the building. Installation of SCH 80 galvanized pipe on gable roof and conduit stub into bullpen to accommodate future antenna.
4. Re-grading of parking lot to a new catch basin at a low point. This catch basin would be piped to the rear of the property.
5. Remove access ramp and adjust grades to allow for an additional stall in the front lot and maintain accessibility. Re-pave and reconstruct concrete curb. Reinstate perimeter of site with landscaping as required. Reconstruct new concrete stairs at side entrance of the facility.
