A site visit was performed to verify the condition of existing exhaust fans of the entire building that are over 25 years old and it was determined that the motors, bearing, and fans blades often fail, causing unbalanced building pressurization in affected building components. Scope of work included but not limited to replace building’s exhaust fans that will be listed in Plans and Specifications.
