Description

Consultant to determine/quantify the existing and future requirements of the client for additional operating space. Provide a layout sketch which satisfies the client requirements. Provide cost-benefit analysis for alternative types of structures which may satisfy the client requirements and recommend a solution. Provide the final design. Source the equipment that provides the selected solution. Provide technical support to oversee the install the selected equipment on the facility grounds. The design is to include requirements for utilities, LAN Network and services, security, uninterrupted emergency power, energy efficiency, integration with existing building systems at the site, health and safety, occupant comfort, traffic considerations etc.
