Description

The tenant requires a consultant to assist with the design and specification of a secret departmental space for GCSI (Government of Canada Secret Infrastructure) terminals.
This space will occupy approximately one quarter of a floor with space for approximately 13 workstations.
The client will provide drawings of a conceptual design (ie workspace layout) for verification by the consultant and adjustments in collaboration with tenant accommodations and security teams.
The consultant and construction teams will require minimum secret clearances.

Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be a MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Vassilios Curkowskyj at the security desk of 580 Booth Street, Ottawa, ON. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
