Description

Following consultant acoustic investigation, we would like to action the following recommendations outlined in the attached report
-Add plenum barrier around perimeter of each room, interrupting the ceiling tiles at demising partitions(see section 5.3 and 5.4 in attached report)
-Seal partitions at window all (see section 5.6 in attached report)
-Add acoustic panels in the amount identified in Table 6.1 of the attached report and meeting and/or exceeding acoustical absorption coefficients identified in Table 6.2 in the attached report (see sections 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3 of report for more information)

Proponents are advised that there will be Mandatory site visit to be held on the date specified within the item 2.6.15. of the ITT Document. A maximum of one representative of each Proponent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Mandatory site visit. Bring valid ID and PPE.

All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety shoes/boots, hard hats, safety glasses. Individuals without the appropriate PPE will not be permitted to access the site.

Bidders are only required to attend one site visit (if the project has a mandatory site visit) to be eligible to bid.

Pre-Registration is no longer required.
