Scope of Work/Overview:
New equipment should be selected with low GWP refrigerants ( < 750) as per the most recent Greening Government Strategy. Integrate new equipment into the existing BAS, provide new sensors, devices, wiring, etc. as required and upgrade programming and graphics as necessary. Consultant to prepare performance specification (matching Chiller #2 performance) to pre‐purchase the chiller
and to expedite the delivery of the new chiller prior design plans and installation specification.
