Bidders are advised that there will be an OPTIONAL site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 2.6.15 in the ITT document. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder, or its authorized representative are permitted to attend the OPTIONAL site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS representative at the lobby of Stanley Knowles Building, 391 York Ave, Winnipeg MB R3C 0P4. Bidders are advised that they must preregister via email, and on behalf of their authorized representative including sub-contractors, to the procurement specialist named in this ITT by the date indicated in item 2.6.15 in the ITT document to be authorized to access the site. Failure to register may result in the Bidder’s representative(s) being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Bidders that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times. Bidders will be notified of any changes to the date of the site visit by Addenda. Bidders cannot use a representative from another Bidder as its authorized representative to attend the site visit.
All individuals attending the site visit must bring their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as: safety shoes/boots, safety vests, hard hats, safety glasses, etc.
