Scope of Work/Overview:
Replace domestic cold, hot and sanitary drain lines. Traces of lead have been detected during routine water tests and is suspected to originate from the older solder joints of the copper piping. Cast iron sanitary lines run through ceiling spaces of the main floor and should be replaced, older cast iron pipes pose a risk of failure.
Update washrooms with low flow fixtures. Consideration should be given to the vintage aesthetics of the building and the washroom space and efforts should be made to maintain a visual heritage aesthetic.
