GOC6342961-CS - BGIS Delivered - Renovation Project 2nd Floor SW Area Cafeteria

The scope of the project is to renovate the 2nd floor SW area (which was previously known as the cafeteria) of the building into suitable office space. The scope is to include the recommendations of the design brief and feasibility plan from TFMS project GOC5617519. The construction scope of work is to include 3 offices, 32 work stations, a project room, a workroom, 2 phone booths and furniture. The scope is to include drawings for construction from the design brief referenced earlier. Electrical, FLS systems and HVAC should be taken into consideration for the plans. The reader(s) should note that the scope should also include the removal of the equipment and the food preparation infrastructure.
