Description

Scope of work requires a General Contractor to conduct an Accessibility Upgrade based on the provided design plan to the in the Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) office space on the second floor of the Oxford Building. This includes the installation of automatic door operators and accessibility buttons, modifying existing millwork and re-locating wall-mounted items to provide sufficient clearance space, and demolishing and creating a new reception desk/counter. The proposed designs align with the standards set by CSA B651-18 National Standard of Canada.
