Description

A comprehensive review of the physical condition of the facility to identify potential improvements and strategic changes required to update and maintain the facility. Conduct a building inspection of all elements pertaining to property, arch, structural, conveying, mechanical, electrical and any requested studies/ assesments. All buildings on the property to be included as part of the report/review. Consultant to review attached scope of work for all detailed requirements. Even though this is a bulked study, EACH project is to have their OWN Building Condition Report.
