Painting of all Exterior Window and Door Panel Columns (Heritage Colour must match to existing) • The entire building is to be pressure washed prior to the window columns being repainted. • Fees and permits for sidewalk closures are the responsibility of the contractor. • Aerial work platforms are the responsibility of the contractor. • A work permit must be completed, submitted and approved 7 days prior to commencing the work. • Work to be completed after tenant operating hours over a weekend. • Work must be completed prior to September 30, 2024
