Description

Tenant office fit-up to their third-floor office suite in the building. Work includes, but is not limited to:

New flooring throughout
Repainting throughout
Construction of new individual offices
Installation of doors for new offices and select existing
Reconfiguration and refresh of kitchen
New millwork
Minor electrical upgrades
LAN room grounding upgrades

Please refer to Attachment 3 – List of Drawings and Specifications for more detailed information.
Please note that this project requires all personnel planning to work on-site to hold both PSPC Reliability Clearance and BC Courthouse Clearance. Please refer to Attachment 4 – RP1 GC SOW and General Instructions for more on how to obtain BC Courthouse Clearance.
