Description

Review existing Feasibility Studies for each building, and design electrical and associated infrastructure required to render the facilities Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) ready. This project will help support the objectives of the government's greening strategy to transition the vehicle fleet to plug-in electric and hybrid vehicles. The awarded consultant to provide the design development plans and specifications, class estimates, construction administration, commissioning, and close-out documentation for Base Building (BB) Electric Vehicle Charging Systems infrastructure installation in existing buildings and facilities. Consultant to allow for a minimum of two site visits per location.

Respondents are advised that there will be an Optional site visit to be held on the date and times specified within the item 1.4 in RFQ document. A maximum of one representative of each Respondent, or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the Optional site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Representative at the main entrance of buildings listed within item 4.1 of RFQ document. Site visits will be conducted in small groups. Respondents are advised that they must pre-register via email to crystal.yan@bgis.com by at least 2 business days prior to the scheduled site visit to be authorized to access the site. All Respondent’s to meet in the Front Lobby of the Building. Failure to register may result in the Respondents representative being refused access to the site. BGIS will contact all Respondents that register and confirm the site visit time in the case when there are multiple site visit times.
