Description

The tenant would like to Install a new 60 Kw back up generator and load bank on the roof of 240 Sparks St. to provide emergency power to the tenant's computer room on 4 west during electrical outages and building shutdowns. Design will utilize existing fuel supply and any remaining resources from the anticipated removal of the second base building generator, as recommended in the study. Installation of a fuel meter is required between the building fuel supply and the generator's daytank to ensure yearly chargeback for consumption.
